     If your a big coffee drinker but you don`t want to consume all those calories, if its a cold winter day, or if you just want to try something new, then you should drink green tea! But don`t be fooled by the name! Green tea is one of the healthiest drinks out there and it is beyond a superfood.It contains high levels of catechins (antioxidants) which prevent cell damage; it has been shown to improve blood flow & lower cholesteral. In addition, It inceases your brain health and speeds up your metabalism. I hope you all try this because it is such a great drink and you can either get caffinated or decaffinated if you dont want to be too hyped-up.
